MISC RAMBLING + CATCHUP!
I have been slacking on the blog.. but there's no time like the present to pick it back up!!!!! Truthfully I've been swarmed with college work but now that I've finished, I can post on here again, hurray!
In recent news, it was my 19th birthday on May 19! Didn't do much, celebrated with family with dinner and cake of course but other than that, I basically just did some crafting in FFXIV. I don't feel much different but I'm older now..!
I'm feeling really great recently. I've always struggled with schoolwork, so finishing my 2 years of (art) college has been really satisfying. Albeit I'm not 100% proud of my final project, I did finish it and hand it in which I am proud of. I'm likely just going to try and find a job soon, but I'm going to enjoy my summer vacation first.
Also, Dawntrail is only in 41 days and I haven't preordered it yet!!! And I haven't finished my dawntrail prep either >_< !!!! I'm opening commissions to buy DT and my sub because I've spent too much birthday money already....... If anyone wants to pay Roid's child support let me know.......
My main goal really is to level my crafters and have them prepared for Dawntrail. I'm already prepared for pictomancer (except for the exp boost earring) and have my main jobs at ilvl 650/660. I have a few other misc things to do like get my field commander coat (83/100 as of this post) and maybe get a deep dungeon weapon too. Ok now that I'm typing this I realize I forgot the most important things being finishing Warring Triad so I can finish my SHB + ENW role quests... That's totally more important...
Swear on it, I will do the Dawntrail equivalent of job/role quests DURING MSQ!! And pick up aether currents... I always neglect them LOL. Still don't have some Stormblood areas.
FFXIV has taken over my life I think.. I notice that I started to draw less after picking up the game which I want to fix. I've been itching to draw Roid for ages but just been too busy to, I'm already working on something at the moment but it will take a while to finish.There's also art fight to consider too, but I want to focus on Dawntrail first.
Also also, Roid is playing pictomancer this June!! For some reason I had sat on the idea in favor of playing black mage or ninja or scholar, but I think I'm going to focus on PCT/BLM and SCH when I can. It's going to be hard to rotate between 3 jobs at once but I'll just go with whatever flows best with picto. I'm so excited.. it's such a goofy job but super cool looking. I just don't understand it's rotation yet........ LOL. Glad it's different to the other casters though!! I consider myself to be an omni-caster so it's a no-brainer for me to play this job. It somewhat conflicts with Roid being an extremely poor painter, but I'm sure the job quests can clear that up.. maybe.. But it does line up with his established lore of being a "creator" (though, "inventor" would be more appropriate) in a sense...
I'll probably make a few more blog posts between now and Dawntrail but I just wanted to dust off the blog with some words (^_^)~~
